The brief
We work out what the channel is for before anything gets shot. Most content fails here, quietly, months before anybody blames the edit.

The record
You show up and talk. Shot list, prompts and structure arrive before you do, so the session produces usable material rather than footage somebody has to rescue.

The edit
First cut inside 24 hours. Hook, pacing, grade, sound, captions. Notes go in one place and come back as a new cut, not a thread.

The publish
Scheduled, captioned, posted, on the cadence the strategy asked for. The part everyone forgets is the part that compounds.
We will not take an operation below roughly eight videos a month. Under that, a studio cannot move your numbers and we would be taking your money.
