A real production, running. Press the action and it advances, because that is the only way it moves.

the why

  • One thing waiting on you, ever.

Every project computes a single next action for the person looking at it, or says plainly that it is waiting on somebody else. Never two competing buttons, never a status you have to choose. Status is a consequence of what happened, not a field you maintain.

  • Designed to disappear.

Drive is storage. Notion is reporting. Supabase is persistence. You should never think about any of them, and inside Gaurify OS you do not. If a workflow makes you aware of the infrastructure underneath it, that workflow is a bug.

  • Everything from Team Gaurify.

A client never sees an editor’s name, a file path, or how the work actually gets made. An editor never sees the client. No client can reach another client’s work. Three laws, enforced at the database rather than the interface, because a rule that lives in the UI is a suggestion.

  • Built by the studio that runs on it.

Every feature started as something that went wrong on a Tuesday. It runs Gaurify Productions daily, which is a harder test than any roadmap: the people who built it are the people it fails in front of.

  • Open to any studio, not only ours.

It ran one company before it ran anyone else’s, which is the only reason to trust it with yours. Same product, same room: you bring your own clients, your own editors, your own work. There is no separate edition and no waiting list.

It was shaped by one studio’s problems, so it is opinionated: it will ask you to work the way it works. If you want a board you can configure into anything, this is the wrong room.

It is a subscription, and it prices itself in tiers on its own site, which is the only place those numbers stay current. See what Gaurify OS costs.
